The case RP.No: 101/2010 in A.S.No350 of 99 against the state of Keralal, District Collector Kottayam, Chief Forest Conservator- all are malicious proceedings done by some Members of EZHAVA community, Ramakrishnan, Parakkanal, Ittyappara, Ranni and others are also Ezhavas. (C.A.Krishnan, K.N.Nanoo, and Sankaran Krishnankutty.).In Kerala the EZHAVAS are not recognized as Harijans.. Tha Harijans are only now the Scheduled Castes in Kerala.All the avarements stated in the said case is a fraud procedings done by the ezhava community of Pathanamthitta District...
